I have over 30 years expertise in the Counseling and Hypnotherapy fields. My specialties include Clinical Hypnotherapy, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues, GLBT, and Life Transitions.
I am also a National Board Certified Fellow in Clinical Hypnosis and utilize medical hypnosis as an adjunct treatment in dealing with issues including stopping smoking, stomach/gastrointestinal problems including IBS, sexual dysfunction, self-confidence, test preparation, compulsive habit control, sports performance, weight management , insomnia, and memory difficulties, and stress reduction.

In addition to quality and effective counseling services, I also offer Clinical Hypnosis for those conditions which are positively impacted through the use of hypnosis.
